Sally was brilliant. She was our eyes and ears in a difficult transitional time. It was so good to have her experience to navigate us through a maze where we didn’t know any of the rules! She did everything she said she would, and her advice was at all times sound and professional. She was not trying to sell us something, merely offering good advice and sensible options that met dad’s list of requirements and desired location. She negotiated reduced rates on the place we ended up selecting, and that alone was more material than the reasonable amount she invoiced for her services.
