I would like to once again thank you for your assistance in helping my dad find placement in permanent care.
It is such a difficult time for families to do this as it is upsetting to think that your parents are getting older and are unable to look after themselves as they used to. It is very hard to see them lose their independence.
I found your assistance invaluable. I of course wanted to see my dad in a place that suited his needs and personality. It is so hard to come into the unknown and know where to make the right choices. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Your care concern and professionalism were beyond my expectations. Your availability via phone and email responses were outstanding and I was never left wondering when you would contact me.
With working full time and a family also to take care of I was very time poor. You knew what we were looking for and persisted until you found it. Taking care of the paperwork and appointments was such another load off my shoulders when my main concern was my dad his health and his happiness.
