If I could give 10 Stars I would. Right from the first phone call to Sally, I knew I had foudn the right place. I really felt that there would be someone in my corner for my mum.
Sally put me onto Kerri who is such a champion, she went above and beyond, she dealt with “the system” which resulted in the most wonderful outcome. I know without originally contacting Sally and having Kerri’s help and persistence along with way – I simply could not have gone anywhere near what has been achieved for my Mum.
