It is a very emotional time in our lives when we consider aged care for our parents – we only want the best for them, but what a daunting process to go through! Mounds of paperwork to fill out, tours to book, decluttering and emptying the family home to name a few. Sally was fantastic in making this difficult process a whole lot easier!
