We wanted to thank you Sally for assisting us in placing Mum in residential care. You made the process so much easier during a difficult and stressful time. We all had lunch today with Mum and she is currently getting a long overdue makeover with the hairdresser. It has been a very positive start. The staff here all seem very caring, so many thanks again from our family.
